Who doesn’t love jewellery? Whether it’s sentimental or something I saved up and bought for myself, I try to invest in high quality but affordable pieces. Having drawers of plastic tat and green fingers from cheap t rings, I made the decision to invest in more timeless pieces. So when I was offered a collaboration with Daisy London I was so excited.
DAISY LONDON X ESTÉE LALONDE
Daisy have collaborated with legendary influencer Estée Lalonde, and the collection is stunning. Called Goddess, the collection draws on the power of feminine energy and the notion that we are all perfectly imperfect. The collection features unique designs and celestial patterns that embellish the pieces.
Choosing a piece was hard – Firstly, most, if not all pieces come in both 18Ct gold and Sterling silver. Secondly, with my interest in spirituality I was drawn to almost any piece will a moon, or sun on it. Most of my jewellery is silver, it made sense to continue that so I can wear it with my other pieces. I finally chose the Estée Lalonde Luna Lock Necklace Sterling Silver.
I love the large link chain and the moon detail on the lock. It’s a bit chunkier than my usual necklaces, and has a shorter chain, so is great for layering. It’s a very versatile piece, so I can wear both with a simple t-shirt and some jogger when I’m running errands, or layered with a more delicate piece with a nice top when I go visit my family that I bubble with! Hopefully, soon I’ll be able to wear it on a night out too.
